Yorkshire Puddings, Christmas Custard, and Cranberry Sauce. - Which you can keep for the big day! Chef Aaron will also be talking you through everything you need to know to set yourself for the perfect Christmas Roast… and pudding!

How does it work?
You can watch on any device, as the cook-along is hosted privately for all CHOPSEE members by Youtube. Chef Aaron will run through everything you need to ensure you are ready, and then begin. You can cook-along with Chef and ask any questions in the comments section, which Chef will answer as we go.
Can I just watch?
Absolutely! You are welcome to watch and do not have to cook if you don’t want to.
What if I miss it?
All our cook-alongs are available on the CHOPSEE site for you to watch at any time that suits you, or to go back and enjoy again.
Please have all your equipment and ingredients ready, weighed out and good to go before the live.

Yorkshire Puddings
1 mug of Plain Flour
1 mug of Eggs
1 mug of Milk
Black Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cooking oil (Vegetable or Sunflower works nicely)
Cranberry Sauce
40g Ginger Diced
200g Dried Cranberries
100g Frozen winter berries
1 Orange zested & juiced
350g Port
50g Sugar
Christmas Custard
300g whole milk
100g double cream
50g caster sugar
4 egg yolks (80g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5g)
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
Zest of ½ orange (3g)
1g freshly grated nutmeg
1g sea salt
